Currency of transactions
All transactions are in Australian Dollars only. All prices are in Australian Dollars. They do not include overseas duty charges and customs charges for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the parcel recipient. All pricing is subject to change without notice.Payment Options
Our payment options available are endless, but most importantly safe and secure. For Australian buyers we offer Credit Card processing, Direct Deposit and Money Orders. For International Buyers Credit Card ONLY.Credit Card Payments
Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay.
Credit Card payments are made directly through DirectOne’s 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transactions.
Direct Deposit/Money Order
For bank deposit/internet banking and money order, orders will be sent once the payment has been received and/or cleared.
When paying by bank deposit/internet banking, you MUST include your surname and order number in the payment reference field.
When paying by money order please enclose copy of your invoice and post to

Delivery Policy
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.All “off the shelf” orders using payment by Credit Card will be packaged and shipped from Pink Petunias within 24 to 48 hours. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay.
All other “off the shelf” orders using Bank Deposit, Money Order/Cheque payments, orders will be packaged and shipped once the payment has been received and/or cleared. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the products ordered and the delivery address. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and will appear in your Shopping Cart.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Pink Petunias if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquires with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. If you wish to return the product please contact us for a return number. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be accepted and processed if returned in original condition and packaging and with the receipt of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. Pink Petunias reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have “More to Pay” stamped on them. Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be issued via the same method used to purchase the items.Special or Bulk Orders
Require a special size – not a problem… contact Pink Petunias for a quote on your custom sized bag or for Bulk Orders. Manufacture times may vary depending on time of year and work load.
